The origins of Grup Morera are located in Olot, when in 1955 Mr. Domènec Morera opens a shop for the sale of products from the countryside. Over the years, a wholesale business was developed which, under the name of Morera Agrocomerç, distributes seeds, feed, fertilizers and phytosanitary products. To date, the company has opened up to twelve points of sale specializing in “products from the land and for the land”, distributed throughout the counties of Girona and Barcelona.

In order to diversify, in 2003 a company dedicated to sports gardening was created. RoyalVerd has specialized in the football sector and today leads the market in the construction and maintenance of grass pitches.

The group’s latest investments have focused on the tourism sector. Under the name of CM Restaurants and Accommodations, the company currently operates two restaurants, a 4* hotel and 16 apartments, all located in the Garrotxa region.
